How would you describe our coaching process?
Reassuring. I’m very hard on myself and often focus on the negatives. Your coaching process helps me objectively plan and evaluate my progress step by step removing the negativity and and anxiety and helps me set clear pathways to my goals with confidence and ease
What has changed for you since starting this coaching?
It’s been 15yrs since I lost my confidence and my voice and for the first time I am remembering my worth how to trust and believe in myself through clarity and accountability.
How do things look or feel different now compared to before?
I’m not so easily distracted by other people’s dramas I have even be able to remove causes of negativity and or unnecessary stress factors from my life completely and have so much more room for my own thoughts and action.
I have a better understanding of hlthe many paths which lead to my goals and how to break it down and how to build and maintain momentum. Even when I slip back a little into old habits your coaching guides me and helps me to stay focused and confident.
What do you now believe is possible that didn’t feel possible before?
It is possible to live for me and to have control of my life. My hardships are not the bigger story nor do they consume me any longer.
It is possible to turn my weaknesses into my biggest strengths and even assets.
Who would you most recommend this coaching to—and why?
Any mother who has forgotten her dreams or just doesn’t know how to navigate life so that her dreams are not forgotten through the many responsibilities of motherhood.
What would you say to someone who’s thinking about joining the 1-1 coaching?
If you had to describe this experience in one sentence, what would it be?
